FILET MIGNON SHISH KABOBS /Armenian beef kebob/
-The recipe I’m sharing is how I marinate my Filet Mignon shish kabobs;to obtain delicious kabobs you should marinate the meat for 48 hours in fridge.Enjoy
Ingredients:
3-1/2 kilos Filet Mignon (Bite size cubes cuts)
4 medium onions,diced (3 cups)
3-1/2 teaspoons red hot pepper paste
3-1/2 teaspoons paprika
1-1/2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
3 -1/2 teaspoons ground all-spice
1/2 cup sunflower oil or vegetable oil
3-1/2 teaspoons coarse sea salt
Bamboo skewers soaked in water
Preparation:
1.In a large Tupperware put the filet Mignon meat cubes,add diced onions.
2.In a container of hand blender,add the oil and all the ingredients of spices with hot pepper paste and salt ,pulse few second and pour over Filet Mignon,mix all together cover tightly the Tupperware and refrigerate,48 hours.
3. Arrange Filet Mignon kabobs on bamboo skewers and BBQ. on a charcoal or gas grill.
4.Wrap barbecued fillet Mignon in thin bread, cover with aluminum foil .
Serve hot with your favorite appetizers or salad.
