Grilled Rib Steak bone in -Delicious mouthwatering steak is the best summer food. Side dish is Chimichurri sauce.

Ingredients :
1kg. of 2 pieces of rib steak bone in
1 tablespoon Montreal steak spice (Kosher salt, black pepper,red pepper,mustard,dehydrated garlic and onion)
Grill the steaks on the bbq ,transfer to a serving dish ,cover with aluminum foil let to rest for 10 minutes, serve hot.

Vegetables:
3 onions remove the skin, cut into half
1 lb. white mushrooms
2 tablespoon olive oil.
Preparation:
Marinate the steak with the spices cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or more.
Heat stainless steel pan,add 1 tablespoon olive oil and divided onions ,fry each side until browned both sides,low the heat cover and cook without adding any water for 5 minutes.
Heat another stainless pan ,add 1 tablespoon olive oil ,brown both sides of the mushrooms .

Side dish is Chimichurri sauce
Ingredients:
1-1/2 cup fresh parsley finely chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh oregano
1 cup chopped chives
4 garlic cloves
1 small red cayenne pepper seeds removed and finely diced ( can be replaced with 1/2 teaspoons of hot pepper paste)
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 fresh lemon juice
½ cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Preparation:
In a medium bowl,add parsley,oregano chives and chopped cayenne pepper.
In a container of hand blender,add garlic,lemon juice,red vinegar,salt and oil,mix very well until smooth mixture.
Pour the oil garlic mixture into bowl and combine all ingredients together .

The chimichurri can be made ahead of time, but should be kept refrigerated and is best if used within 24-48 hours.
