Zucchini vegetarian dish.Lenten food
This wonderful delicious healthy food,is very easy and quick to prepare,serve as a meal or as a side dish;we prefer it just alone with fresh bread .Enjoy

Ingredients:
10 zucchinis washed few times .
10 cloves peeled garlic
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt
1/2 teaspoon red hot pepper paste
1/2 teaspoon paprika

Preparation:
1.Wash and cut top and the bottom of the zucchinis,then slice into 1 inch bite size pieces.
2.Mash garlic with 1/2 teaspoon salt.
3.Heat a large stainless steel deep skillet,add olive oil then add zucchinis and saute’ at high heat for 5 minutes.
4.Add mashed garlic,red pepper paste and paprika,mix, reduce the heat to low, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.Uncover continue cooking 8 minutes or until the water slightly evaporated .
Serve room temperature or cold.
