Cheese (beoreg) with Filo dough
Here is another tasty cheese beoreg prepared with ready packed Filo dough.I always use the thick filo dough you can use the thinner filo dough too.Enjoy

Ingredients:
1 Filo dough 454g. 10-12 thick sheets
Filling:
800gr. mixed cheeses( Provolone/Mozzarella
/Parmesan/ Emmental)you can use any cheese you prefer.
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley leaves
1 whole egg lightly beaten

1 cup unsalted melted butter

Preparation:
1.Prepare the cheese filling.In a large bowl add mixed cheeses,crumbled feta cheese,finely chopped parsley and lightly beaten egg mix keep aside .
2.Open filo dough divide into half .Cover the sheets between large kitchen towel.
3.Melt butter and brush the bottom of medium baking dish (9.25×13.25/ 23.50cm.x33.75)
4. Arrange half of the layers of filo dough in baking sheet and brush each layer with melted butter.
5.Spread evenly the cheese filling.Cover with filo dough and continue layering the rest of the filo brushing each layer with butter until all the sheets are used.
6.Brush the top layer with the rest melted butter,and place the baking dish in fridge for 1/2 an hour.Preheat oven 350 degrees F.
7.Cut to squares and place the baking dish on the second level from the bottom of the oven in preheated oven at 350 F.
8. Bake until the top is golden,about 40 minutes.Let it rest for 15 minutes then serve hot.
