Avocado Salad
I just prepared this wonderful, healthy avocado salad it’s heavenly delicious,very refreshing and very easy to prepare.Enjoy.
Ingredients:
4 medium fresh tomatoes sliced thinly
1 small red onion sliced thinly
2 avocados, peeled & slice into bite-sized cuts
1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves
1/4 cup fresh oregano leaves
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 small cloves of garlic
1/2 teaspoon kosher sea salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Preparation:
1.Place and layer sliced tomatoes on a large plate.
2.Arrange sliced red onions on top of tomatoes.
3.Prepare the dressing ;In hand blender add garlic,oil, lemon juice,parsley ,oregano,salt and black pepper and pulse until smooth dressing sauce,keep aside.( or chop parsley, oregano , minced garlic and add the rest ingredients mix well)
4.Cut avocado into half remove the pit,and the skin and slice,arrange on top of red onions ,drizzle the dressing on top.
Serve immediately.
