Swiss chard with yogurt garlic mixture; to make preparation more easier and quicker I usually chop,cook, then squeeze the juices of Swiss chard, overnight and place in fridge.Next day in few minutes I mix cold prepared Swiss chard with yogurt garlic mixture and serve;very light,healthy,perfect cold salad,for hot summer days or any occasion.This is my own recipe.Enjoy

Ingredients:
1 large bunch Swiss chard (2 cups cooked )
2 cups plain yogurt
5 garlic cloves (1 tablespoon mashed)
1 teaspoon coarse sea salt

Preparation:
1.Wash few times Swiss chard .Chop leaves and stakes.
2.Boil water in large pot, add chopped Swiss chard and cook over high heat uncovered for 7 minutes.
3.Drain in colander keep aside to cool. Squeeze the juices and place in fridge to cool completely.(or prepare overnight and keep in fridge)
4.Mash garlic with salt.
5.In a large bowl add plain yogurt,mashed garlic mix well then add cooled Swiss chard..
Serve cold.
