Ingredients:

1 lb filo dough ( 10 sheets)
1 –1 ½ stick of melted butter ( one cup)
750ml or 1.65 lb chopped spinach thawed & squeeze juice out ( 1 and half cup thawed & squeezed)
3 Tbs olive oil
1 large onion chopped
2 Green onions chopped
3 Tbs pine nuts
½ Cup finely chopped parsley
¼ Tsp nutmeg
Salt and pepper, to taste
Pinch or 2 cayenne pepper
¼ Tsp Allspice
1 Cup feta cheese crumbled
3 eggs beaten

Preparation:
In a large skillet on medium heat add olive oil saute onions until they are translucent, add spinach, green onions pine nuts and saute all together for few minutes add all spices and remove from heat add parsley and cheese mix let it
In a bowl, beat the eggs with a fork until blended. Add to spinach mixture and mix to combine and set aside

Butter a baking tray( large pyrex)and start layering the filo pastry brushing each layer with butter. When half the filo is used put the filling and then continue layering the other half of the filo brushing each layer with butter until all the sheets are used. Brush the top layer with butter,and put 1/2 an hour in refrigerator,then Cut to squares and cook in preheated oven at 350 F till golden
serve hot after 15 minutes, very tasty.
