These grape jams prepared, with my garden red seeded grapes. In the ingredients I didn’t mention how many kilograms are the grapes the measurements are with cooked strained juice of the grapes.

Ingredients:
24 cups of cooked strained grape juice
12 cups of sugar

The preparation :
1.Remove grapes from there stems,discard bruised grapes,wash under running water and drain.
2.In large clean pot add grapes and bring to boil cook at medium-high,for 30 minutes.
3.Pour hot grapes into vegetable miller and strain to have a clear juice.
4.In a large pot add strained grape juice with the sugar bring to boil and simmer at medium- high heat for 4 hours.
5.Pour hot jams into hot sterilised 1 cup canning jars or small jars,leaving 1/4 inch head space.Wipe rims,and cover with prepared lids.leave them in cool dark place, like cold room ,open jars keep them in fridge.Enjoy
