Ingredients:
Dough :
3 cups flour
2-1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil (corn oil)

Tahini mixture:
1 cup finely chopped walnuts
1/2 cup of sesame seeds
1 cup of tahini
1-1/2 cups of sugar
2 tablespoons oil

Powder sugar for top

Preparation:
1.In electric cake mixer add flour,baking powder,oil ,mix with dough hook for 1 minute,add water and continue mixing until the dough is soft about 7 minutes.
2.Prepare tahini mixture, in a medium glass bowl add tahini, walnuts, sesame seeds ,sugar and 2 tablespoons oil mix and keep aside.
3. Roll out the dough into thin 1/2 cm. thickness rectangular shape. Spread tahini mixture evenly, without getting close to the edges, fold sides inward and continue rolling all the way up .
4.Grease a baking sheet pan with oil, cover with wax paper and grease again. Arrange rolled dough on baking sheet ,using a scissor cut small slits on top of the dough.
5.Brush the dough with oil, sprinkle with powder sugar.
6.Bake in preheated oven at 310 degrees F. for 2 hours, broil for 2 minutes to give nice brown color.
7.Cool in baking sheet sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
