Puff pastry cheese beoreg.
– Delicious , easy to prepare,and always perfect .
This is my own recipe and my family’s favorite cheese beoreg.Enjoy
Ingredients:
2 packages of 450 g. butter puff pastry(each package of puff pastry comes with 2 pr rolled sheets )
8 cups of shredded cheese (Provolone/Mozzarella/Parmesan/Emmantal)
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese (goat and sheep milk)
1 cup parsley leaves
1 whole egg

Egg wash:
2 egg yolks
1 tablespoon water
Whisk together and brush over pastry sheet.

Preparation:
1.Thaw frozen puff pastry packages at room temperature for 2 hours or overnight in fridge.
2.In hand blender container,add 1 egg,parsley leaves, mash them together until parsley thinly chopped .
3.In a large bowl,add shredded cheeses with 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese and egg parsley mixture, mix all together with hands .
4.lightly spray a medium size baking pan sheet, arrange 2 puff pastry sheets on the bottom ,add the cheese mixture ,cover with the other 2 puff pastry sheets,put the pan in fridge for 30 minutes, take out from fridge and cut to squares,brush with egg wash.
5.Bake in preheated oven 400 degrees F.putting the baking sheet on the second level of the bottom oven, until golden brown.
6.Let it cool for 10 minutes, before cutting and arranging in a plate.
Serve hot
