Fruit salad This is my way of preparing fruit salad.
Refreshing,practical, tasty and very easy to prepare,perfect fruit salad for summer or any occasion; prepare it ahead of time soak in freshly squeezed grape juice overnight in refrigerator.Serve cold and enjoy the complements from your guests.

Ingredients:
1 medium Cantaloup
1 medium Honeydew
1 medium Papaya
1 medium pineapple
8-10 seedless mandarins,peel and slice into small pieces
3 cups seedless green grapes
3 cups seedless red grapes
2 grapefruits freshly squeezed

Preparation:
1.Wash under cold water, honeydew , cantaloup,papaya.
2.Cut each in half remove all seeds,with spoon.
3.Have a large glass bowl ready.
4. Use mellon baller,and scoop out honeydew into small balls put them in glass bowl,do the same to cantaloob and papaya.
5. Peel ,cut pineapple, into small dices, and add in the bowl.
6.Add in sliced mandarins
7.Add whole green and red grapes big ones cut to half .
8.Pour freshly sqweezed grape juice over the fruits, mix gently with a spoon,cover with plastic wrap,and refrigerate at least six hours I prefere overnight.
Serve in individuall glass bowls .Enjoy
