This delicious rice pudding,takes little bit time to prepare ,but definitely worth the effort.
Here I doubled the ingredients.Enjoy

Ingredients:
1/2 cup short-grain rice
1 1/2 cups water
4 cups milk
5 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon rose water
1 teaspoon orange blossom water

preparation:
1.Heat water in a saucepan,add washed and drained rice and cook uncovered at medium temperature ,until water is absorbed.
2.Dissolve the sugar in the milk,add the milk gradually to the rice and cook ,stirring continually with a wooden spoon.
3.Cook at medium-high temperature for about 40-45 minutes, at the end add rose water and orange blossom water.
4.Pour into custard small bowls ,sprinkle cinnamon on the top .
Serve warm or cold
