Tasty easy preparation with healthy ingredients.
Originally I serve this dip with Taco chips; but this time I tried with Sweet chili popped corn chips, they were very good too.Enjoy
Ingredients:
3 ripe avocados,halved,pitted and diced.
1/2 medium red onion finely diced (4 tablespoons)
1 medium tomato,diced
3 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro
1 cup plain yogurt
3 cloves garlic,mashed (1 small teaspoon )
1/2 lemon juiced
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon red hot pepper flakes (I used Armenian)
1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Preparation:
1.Finely chop cilantro,dice onions and tomatoes,keep aside.
2. Dice avocados place In a bowl. Add chopped cilantro,onions and tomatoes mix with a spoon.
3.In a small container add yogurt,mashed garlic,lemon juice and spices,mix with a fork.
4.Pour yogurt mixture,over avocado and vegetables, mix well.
5.Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least an hour .
