Creamy Chicken and Broccoli Casserole.
Here is the casserole dish that I promised to post; made with condensed chicken soup.Tasty and very easy to prepare, with steamed broccoli cooked chicken meat ,and homemade condensed chicken soup.Serve hot with a bowl of salad. Enjoy.

Ingredients:
1 broccoli (about 1 pound) cut them to florets
2 cups cubed,cooked chicken
2-1/2 cups prepared homemade condensed chicken soup or (2 cans each 10 ounce ready condensed chicken soup)
1/4 cup milk to mix with condensed chicken soup,.
1/2 cup shredded cheddar or Parmesan cheese( I used Parmesan)
2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
2 tablespoons dried breadcrumbs

Preparation:
1.Preheat oven 450 degrees F.
2.In a large saucepan add water,bring to boil,add broccoli florets,boil for 2 minutes,drain in colander.
3.Place hot steamed broccoli florets in a 9-1/2 inch pie baking dish.top with cubed cooked chicken.
4.Add 1/4 cup milk to prepared condensed soup (or to the cans) mix pour over the chicken.(If your condensed soup is cold add milk simmer and mix over very low heat for a minute.)
5.Sprinkle with shredded Parmesan or cheddar cheese.
6.In a small bowl,add 2 tablespoons melted butter and 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs mix with a fork and sprinkle over the cheese.
7.Bake in preheated oven for ,20 minutes until lightly brown.
