/ MANTI / One of the most delicious Armenian food.

I did prepare this tasty,appetizing food from scratch,kneading the dough and baking.
There are few different ways of preparing manti I love them all;but this is how I grew up seeing prepared and served the manti in our house.First browning the prepared manti in oven then adding chicken stock tomato mixture and continuing cooking in oven.
I serve cooked manti directly from oven to table to show the nice arrangement;with side dish a big bowl of yogurt garlic mixture,and lots of sumac.Heavenly delicious my family’s favorite.Enjoy

For the dough
4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
5 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup+3 tablespoons water
