Chicken Wings cooked in the slow cooker (or if you don’t have slow cooker cook in the oven the explanation you’ll see on the bottom of the recipe in Tip section).
Melt in mouth chicken wings
The ingredients and preparation are my own. Very easy and simple recipe with three steps. Marinate chicken wings overnight,cook in slow cooker then brush with barbecue sauce and broil.
My whole family really enjoyed very tasty. Enjoy.

Ingredients:
5 pounds 2.450kg. chicken wings

3 teaspoons paprika
3 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon hot red pepper powder
1-1/2 teaspoons coarse sea salt
1/2 cup brown sugar

1 cup BBQ.Sauce (I used Club House La grille- Vintage smokehouse with honey)

Preparation:
1.In a small bowl add and mix together the sugar and spices,keep aside for later use.
2.Wash chicken wings under cold water for a second, drain and pat dry with paper towel.
3.Season chicken wings with the spice sugar mixture.Place in a Pyrex,cover with plastic wrap and keep in fridge overnight.
4.Place chicken wings with there juices in slow cooker.
5.Cover the slow cooker with the lid and cook on high heat for 4 hours. (or low 8 hours)
6. Transfer cooked chicken wings to a baking pan. Discard the juices.Heat the broiler.
7.Brush 1/2 cup of barbecue sauce on one side of chicken wings,broil for 1-2 minutes;then turn other side, brush with the rest of 1/2 cup barbecue sauce and broil again.
Transfer to a platter and serve hot.

Tip:
-If you don’t have slow cooker,cook marinated wings in oven at 350 degrees F.for 1 hour & 30 minutes or until is cooked.Discard the juices, and brush barbecue sauce and broil both sides.
– Instead of broiling in oven you can barbecue in grill too.
