Beef Kafta kabobs or / Armenian Beef Lule kebobs/
Mouth watering delicious kabobs.
– We do have kafta meats ready marinated in our Middle eastern stores ,but homemade tastes much better.I marinated the meat overnight,and after barbecuing over hot gas grill, I served with side dish onion parsley sumac salad,oven baked potatoes beside other appetizers.This is my own recipe.Enjoy

Ingredients :
2-1/2 kg.lean ground beef
1 bunch of washed and drained parsley leaves
5 small onions ,cut each 4 pieces
3 teaspoons Aleppo mixed spices
1 teaspoon all spice
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
3 teaspoons coarse sea salt

Ingredients for the parsley onion salad:
2 medium red onions sliced
1 small punch of parsley
2 teaspoon sumac
Preparation for onion parsley salad:
1.Cut onions into half .Slice as thin as possible,add salt and mash with hands,for 1 minute.
2.Chop the parsley finely
3.Mix onions,parsley add sumac and serve.Serve immediately or before 1 hour .

Preparation:
1.In a large bowl add lean ground beef meat.
2.In a container of hand blender,add the onions,mash for few seconds,then add parsley leaves,all spices, and salt mix all very well until the parsley is very thinly chopped.
3.Pour the blended mixture over ground meat,dipping hands in cold water,mix all together very well,cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
4.Arrange meats on metal skewers put them on a dish, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes or more, until time to barbecue.
5.Barbecue on hot grill. Place them in a dish, cover with a lid or aluminum foil.
Serve hot

Tip: Ingredients for Aleppo Dakka:
(1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper)
(1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon)
(1/8 teaspoon ground cardamon)
(1/8 teaspoon ground cloves)
(1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg)
