Armenian delicious sweet tahini bread Serve them with coffee or hot tea and enjoy

Ingredients: (6 medium tahini breads)
Dough:
3 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon table salt
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup warm water

Filling:
1/4 cup tahini (sesame paste)
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup sugar

Preparation:
1.In an electric cake mixer sift flour,baking powder salt,add oil mix with dough hook, for few minutes,gradually add the warm water, mix until a soft dough.
2. Divide dough into 6 parts and keep aside for 15 minutes.
3.Meanwhile prepare the filling,in a small bowl add tahini,oil and sugar,mix well and keep aside.
4. Roll out each dough into a circle 1/2 cm. thickness ,spread 1 generous tahini mixture evenly on top,without getting close to the edges, roll and pinch sides together all the way up, then with hands roll gently to obtain a rope 6 inch in length.
5. Shape each rope into pinwheel, with the palm of your hands press and flatten, gently roll with rolling pin into smooth circle.
6.Grease a baking sheet pan with oil ,cover with wax paper and grease again,place prepared tahini rounds on baking sheet,brush with oil.
7.Bake in preheated oven 375 degrees F. for 30 minutes broil for 1-2 minutes to give nice brown color.
Remove from oven let it cool in the baking sheet.
