Lebanese-French pop singer and Star Academy finalist Léa Makhoul gets ready for summer with a brand new single titled ‘Je Veux Danser’. The single is now available on all digital platforms: Apple Music, iTunes, Anghami, Deezer etc.
After the release of her three singles with Universal Music MENA last year, Lea Makhoul went into the studio and worked on some brand new hits to add to her discography. ‘Paradise’, ‘All I Know’ and ‘Ya Lebnan’ were very well received by fans and media alike and inspired Lea to develop herself more as an artist starting with ‘Je Veux Danser’.
‘Je Veux Danser’ was written by Amine Najjar, composed by Lea and Amine and produced by Rami Eid.
It is a great tune which encapsulates everything a summer hit is defined by: Positive vibes, a catchy beat and great vocals. The song starts off in English and then once the chorus drops, Lea switches to French adding that little extra something to the track.
‘Je Veux Danser’ literally means ‘I Want To Dance’ and that is what it’s all about – getting people to move and groove along to the single! Lea says “With all the stress the world deals with every day, what better way to blow off steam than by dancing your heart out ?”
Lea is in the process of wrapping up the official music video for the song, filming in Beirut, Lebanon – expect some dancing and more!
